About DER Racing Series

DER Racing Series was created in 2009 to give local and regional bracket racers the opportunity to race at the world renowned, Thunder Valley at Bristol Dragway. When track management no longer felt a program was sustainable, Red Whitmore and family developed a program for the racers, by the racers that is now in its 15th season. DER Racing Series exists to provide racers from all over the Southeast a premiere racing experience with a guaranteed purse each and every event. We welcome the opportunity to host you and your family, welcome you to Thunder Valley and exceed your bracket racing expectations.
