Grassroots Racing is STRONG in Thunder Valley
DER Racing came about when Bristol Dragway decided not to continue with their Bracket Program. So in 2009 DER stepped forward to ensure that racers could still participate in a bracket program. Now entering its 16th season DER has established itself as one of the premier programs in the region. With your help we will be able to maintain our program. DER is privately owned by Red Whitmore.
DER offers advertising and sponsorship opportunities to businesses and indivisual who want to support our program. Below are some ideas for you to consider. DER is willing to work with you if you have another idea on how to support those that support you.
In 2023 DER was able to maintain a strong following even with getting a late start in its season. We average close to 300 entries per race... Our normal program consist of Friday test/tune and bracket races on Saturday and Sunday.
DER Series Sponsorship is available for those that would like to support one of the most popular bracket programs. If you would be interested in putting your company name on our series please let us know and we will send you additional information
Class Sponsorship - DER features 9 different classes for racers to compete , Super Pro, Pro (Footbrake), Sportsman, Trophy, Motorcycle, Jr Street, Jr Dragster Div 1 (6-9), Jr Dragster Div 2 (10-12) and Jr Dragster Div 3 (13-17). Attached your company to the class that you chose. Some of our classes are available for 2024. Cost is $1,000 per class.

Time Slips - Puts your name on each time slip - $500

3x6 staging lane signage - $300 - displayed during DER events only... DER will have these produce with your approval at no cost you.
Companies are welcome to donate merchandise, gift cards etc... These items can be given to racers at your discretion or DER can suggest who they go too.
